Carol Little
Carol Little was born in Oklahoma in 1943 and raised in California. She graduated from Burbank High School. Carol joined the I.A.M. and Lockheed, Burbank in 1979 as a Structure Assembler after completing a pre-employment training program. She continued her schooling at L.E.E.P. and has worked her way up to a 4073 Fabrication and Structures Development Mechanic. She is one of a very few women to have accomplished this. In 1991, Carol went to work at Lockheed, Ontario and came to Lockheed-Martin, Palmdale in 1997, and became active in our union. She has served 2 terms as Secretary Treasurer and has been a Senior Steward off and on. Carol has completed Leadership Training I, II, & III at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center at Placid Harbor, Maryland. Here is a direct quote from Carol:
